A Storied Past and a Bright Future

First, a little history..

In the 1960s, Tata Services Limited established the Tata Central Share Department (TCSD) for providing Registrar and Share Transfer Agent services to the investors of Tata Companies. Growth in volume and complexity of business prompted the conversion of TCSD into Tata Share Registry Limited in 1985. In 2005, Darashaw Holdings acquired a 51% stake in Tata Share Registry Limited, making way for the creation of TSR Darashaw Limited. Today, Darashaw Holdings holds a 100 % stake in TSR Darashaw Limited. In May’23, the Payroll business has been transferred to TSR Darashaw HR Services Pvt. Ltd. (a 100% subsidiary of TSR Darashaw Limited).
