Position – Associate – Marketing and Business Development-Coordination

The key business lines are Payroll & Exempted Trust Administration, Registrar and Transfer Agent, Physical Records Management and Fixed Deposit Management.

Job Description

  • Coordination with clients on various aspects of business including Service Level Agreements
  • Preparation of RFP/proposals, drafting and maintenance of SLAs(Service Level Agreements).
  • Assist in design and updation of marketing presentations, brochures and other collaterals from time to time
  • Work closely with Business Development and Operations team for effective delivery management and post implementation support.
  • Maintaining MIS for the department
  • Assist in other marketing and business development activities of the division as assigned.

Desired profile of the Candidate:

  • Graduate in any discipline/ MBA_PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Ability to network with people at all levels.
  • Effectively co-ordinate with internal cross functional teams
  • Prior experience of 1-4 years in Business Development will be added advantage.


  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Graduates /Post Graduates with relevant experience/Communication Skills
